INDUSTRIAL PARKS

The FLCIDB is the primary point of contact for the 520-acre Bullington and Douglas-Posey Industrial Parks, currently under development. Situated on the site of the historic Posey House, the site is slated to offer state-of-the-art amenities and infrastructure including frontage on four-lane US Highway 64, fiber optic cable, custom electrical configurations, natural gas lines, 8-inch water and sewer pipes and full ingress/egress. Tenants of the Bullington Park include Franke, C&S Plastics, Gregory Manufacturing and the Technology Center at Motlow State Community College. The plots vary in size from 8 to 56 acres, and can be adapted to any purpose.
